Fly in, Drive in, with your best Chili recipe and/or hors d'oeuvre item. This annual event attracts the local towns folk, and if weather is good, a large contingient of interesting flying machines. Several pilots usually volunteer to provide rides for those interested. Festivities begin at 11AM and go until 4PM.

Fly-in rain date is Sunday, but in the case of rain on Saturday, we'll still be hanging out and eating chili on Saturday, too See the story of the 2009 Chili Fly-in.

EAA Chapter 240 will provide free airplane rides to kids ages 7 to 17. 11AM to 2. Parents/guardian must be present to provide permission. No rain date, but it may be rescheduled if weather is bad.

A handful of vintage sailplanes from MD, NJ, and PA plan to come to Massey for an informal sailplane event. Glider rides are expected to be available. If all goes well, this might lead to an annual Vintage Sailplane Association event at Massey. See www.vintagesailplane.org
